Shipping and Returns...

Most items have Standard postage, within Australia, included in the cost.

However, in the event that an item`s price is not marked as including postage/ shipping, I  use selected Couriers and Australia Post for both Australian and International shipping. All framed and unframed Artworks will have a delivery cost according to location, size and weight of the piece.

 

Once you have chosen your artwork I will require a delivery address for the purpose of quoting postage /delivery cost. Once received I will advise you of the delivery costs and will notify you within 72 hours.

After receiving notification that you are happy with the delivery price and upon confirmed payment and funds clearing, I will proceed to organise shipping immediately.

It can take up to 7 weeks from purchase to delivery, especially if being shipped internationally. It can take much less time if being sent within Australia. If, for any reason, it is likely to take longer, I will do my best to inform you when providing your quote for shipping costs. I cannot however, be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If your artwork is required by a certain date I will do my best to accommodate.

Every artwork must be opened within 24 hours of receipt and in the event of any damage, I must be notified within that 24 hour period, via email and photos of the damage must be included and I cannot take responsibility for any damage after this period.

I offer customers a full refund if they are in any way, unhappy with the original artwork within three days of receiving it. You, as he customer' pays for delivery of the intact, original piece, to my Harvey studio, with an approved courier. Once the original artwork arrives back in my Harvey studio, in the same condition it was sold, I will process that refund within 24 hours.

All commissioned work will require 50% of the agreed price, to be paid before work is commenced and that amount will be non refundable if the finished work is not paid for, in full, within 72 hours of the client being notified of it`s completion.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me. It is my policy to respect your privacy regarding any information I, or my assistants, collect from you across my website.

We don`t ask for your personal information unless we truly need it. When we do, we will only collect what we need by fair and lawful means and where appropriate, with your knowledge or consent. We will also let you know why we are collecting it and how it will be used.

We don`t share your information with third parties, except where required by law. We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with a service.

We don`t store your personal information unless it is required for providing a service to you. What we store, we will protect within commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information from loss or theft.
